Star Export House Certificate or Status Holder Certificate is a certification given to exporters who have attained a leadership position in their business.

A Export Health Certificate is a document used in export transactions, issued by the governmental organizations at the countries of origin, to certify that a food shipment is fit for human consumption, and meets safety standards or other required legislation for exporting.

A Free Sales Certificate, sometimes called a “Certificate for Export” or “Certificate to Foreign Governments,” is evidence that goods, such as food items, cosmetics, biologics or medical devices, are legally sold or distributed in the open market, freely without restriction, and approved by the regulatory authorities in the country of origin (United States).
 

The EBRC (Electronic Bank Realization Certificate) is a certificate issued by a bank to confirm the receipt of foreign exchange in the form of payment for export transactions. It is an essential document for exporters in India to prove that the payment for exported goods or services has been successfully received from foreign buyers.The Foreign Trade Certification Service includes the issuance of the EBRC, which is required for various export-related activities, including:Exporters Eligibility:Exporters must have a valid IEC (Import Export Code) issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).The payment should be received through a recognized banking channel for the exported goods/services.Documents Required:A copy of the export bill (invoice).Shipping bill or export documents (Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, etc.).Exporter’s bank details for the processing of the EBRC.Proof of payment (like a copy of the foreign payment received).Process to Obtain EBRC:After the export transaction is completed and the payment is received in the exporter's bank account, the exporter needs to approach their bank to request the EBRC.The bank verifies the payment and generates the EBRC electronically, which is linked to the export transaction in the system.The EBRC can be downloaded from the bank's portal or requested directly from the branch.Purpose of EBRC:The EBRC is used for various purposes like claiming benefits under the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS), Served from India Scheme (SFIS), and other export incentive schemes.

Electronic Bank Realization Certificate e-BRC to confirm that the buyer made payment to the exporter against the export of services or goods.

 

The purpose of LMPC registration is to ensure that pre-packaged commodities sold in India comply with the Legal Metrology ( Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
